Our organization has successfully implemented and managed a wide range of rural development, livelihood, entrepreneurship, and cluster-based interventions across Karnataka, in partnership with State, National, and International institutions.

Livelihoods, Enterprise & Cluster Development

• Startup Village Entrepreneurship Program (SVEP) implemented under NRLM across 5 blocks in 3 districts of Karnataka, strengthening village-level entrepreneurship ecosystems. 2500+ Enterprise Promoted
   
• Micro Enterprise Development (MED) programs implemented under NRLM in 20 blocks across Karnataka. 200+ Community cadre Trained and Certified as per NSQF
   
• Kinhal Wooden Toy Cluster Development implemented in Koppal district, promoting traditional artisanship, enterprise formalization, product diversification, branding, and market linkages for rural artisans and women entrepreneurs.
   
• Stree Samarthy Yojane implemented in partnership with Karnataka State Rural Livelihood Promotion Society. 1500+ Women Entrepreneur Supported
   
• Formation and nurturing of Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) to enhance collective enterprise and market access.
   
• Formation of Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) and facilitation of bank linkage with support from NABARD.
   

• Skill development trainings implemented in Hospet Town Panchayat and for SHG members under SJSY in Belagavi district.

• Grassroots-level technical trainings supported by National HRD initiatives, covering masons, watermen, and hand-pump users to promote low-cost sanitation and effective rural water systems.
   
• Capacity building of Gram Panchayat members on the use of water quality testing kits, covering 1,150 beneficiaries from 230 GPs.
   

• Watershed Development Programme implemented in Belagavi district.

• Community development and capacity building under Repair, Renovation and Restoration (RRR) of Water Bodies for the Minor Irrigation Department, Government of Karnataka, including formation and training of 20 Water User Associations.
   
• Implementation of community development activities under the Jal Nirmal Project in Gadag and Belagavi districts.
   
• Community development under Joint Forest Planning and Management (JFPM) supported by the Japan Bank for International Cooperation, covering 84 tribal villages in Belagavi district.
   

• Implementation of Non-Curative Primary Health Care Services in 5 PHCs of Tarikere Taluk, Chikkamagaluru district, under the Public Health Competitive Fund.
   
• Implementation of IEC and HRD activities under NRDWP.
   
• Monitoring and verification of rural development programs as a National Level Monitor for the Ministry of Rural Development.
   

• Implementation of Handicraft Promotion Projects under Ambedkar Vikas Shilp Yojana with support from the Ministry of Textiles.
   
• Entrepreneurship awareness and skill trainings for SC women, including leather products, Lambani embroidery, and glass work, supported by the Karnataka Social Welfare Advisory Board and Women Development Corporation—enabling 50 women to achieve sustainable self-employment.
